What's included
Every site
- Full hookups: sewer, water and 20/30/50-amp power
- Full high-speed internet
- 24-hour access to showers, restrooms and laundry
- One RV per site; RVs must be self-contained
Covered carport sites
- Sites 2, 5, 7, 13, 14 and 15 have covered carports
- $725 per month
- Three more carport sites (28–30) coming spring 2027
Covered horse stalls
- Six shaded 12×12 stalls
- $60 per night, short-term stays only
- Guests traveling with horses are exempt from weekend and holiday minimums
Long-term stays
- $625 per month, or $725 with a carport
- $50 off your first month as a new guest
- Lot fee is due on the same date each month; a $15 daily late fee applies after the due date
Policies
Good to know before you book
Payment & discounts
- Payment is due in full at the time of booking
- Military, first responder and law enforcement discounts are applied at check-in with a valid ID and refunded to your card
Cancellations
- More than 30 days out: full refund, minus a $25 fee
- 3 to 30 days out: camp credit, minus a $25 fee
- Within 72 hours: non-refundable
- No refunds for early departures
Minimum stays
- 2 nights on weekends
- 3 nights on Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day weekends
- Guests with horses are exempt
Guests
- Up to 4 guests per site included
- $10 per extra guest, up to 6 per site
- Reservations must be made by someone 21 or older
